Mr. Ajay Bamzai has joined our team as the Chief Human Resources Officer. He brings with him extensive experience in the HR field, spanning over two decades and encompassing various industries and regions. He is a Chemical Engineer and holds a postgraduate diploma in human resources from Symbiosis. He completed his PGDBA in 2002, and also qualified as Tata Business Excellence Model Assessor early in his career during his association with Tata Chemicals.
His expertise lies in managing talent acquisition, retention, development, and engagement programs. He has a proven track record of formulating and executing HR policies and strategies aligned with the vision, culture, and objectives of the companies he has worked for. His diverse background and practical experience make him a valuable addition to our team.

He has 25+ years of experience in Business Development & Marketing, Business Forecasting, etc. and is associated with TRIL for over 10 years.
Mr. Sharma has played a pivotal role in thecompany in streamlining the tendering process, developing transformers business over the years.
Prior to joining TRIL in 2012, he worked at Kirloskar Electric Co. Ltd. as a General Manager.

Mr. Ghumra holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from P.E.S polytechnic, Bangalore.
He has 18+ years of experience in heading Fabrication unit and is associated with TRIL since the past 15 years.
Mr. Ghumra has played an important role in managing manufacturing operations, driving operational excellence programs, profitability improvement initiatives and people management.
Prior to joining TRIL in 2009, he worked with Wipro, Pune.
Anirudh Jhala

Mr. Jhala holds a B.E in Electrical Engineering from L.E College, Morbi.
He has 18+ years of experience in Testing, Design, Product Development, Process Control, etc. and is associated with TRIL since the past 18 years.
Mr. Jhala has played a pivotal role in institutionalizing licensed technology for 765kV transformers and 400/765kV Shunt Reactors and development of UHV 1200 kV class Transformers.
He has contributed about 33 technical papers in national/ international seminars magazines.
